My Story
It is a real honour to walk alongside others in our collective journey towards health and wholeness. My therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, person centred, psychodynamic and trauma informed. I began my own healing journey in my late teens, following a creative and therapeutic path early on. As a huge advocate for personal inner exploration, I have engaged with depth psychotherapies, shamanic and energetic work for over 15 years.

I am a state (BAAT) and HCPC registered art psychotherapist. I previously worked in various NHS mental health, inpatient, community and education settings for around 16 years with children, young people, families and adults. I now work in private and independent practice. I also offer my services as a shamanic practitioner.

I have a BA in Creative Expressive Therapies, an MA in Art Psychotherapy and have undertaken further training in group analysis, shamanic practices, eco therapy and permaculture design. I additionally have experience in teaching shamanism and have provided talks covering topics such as: Art Therapy and Shamanic States of Consciousness and Permaculture, Observation practices and Shamanism. I also co-created and delivered an outdoor eco and creative therapy programme in conjunction with CAMHS and Cheshire Wildlife Trust.

Over the years I have offered therapeutic support to people experiencing the following challenges:
- Complex and acute trauma
- Abuse (all forms)
- Attachment and relationship difficulties
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Acute and long-term mental health needs
- Bereavement and loss
- Spiritual awakening
- Loss of life purpose or direction
- Trauma and distress with regards to our present planetary ecological and social situation
